Once the final decisions are made, the tool has automatically generated a detailed 8 page report that documents the activities, plans and anticipated out-comes of the redesign. As implementation progresses, the tool allows team members to open "sub-projects" under the main project plan. Therefore, assigned tasks and project deliverables (if complex), can also be attacked using an abbreviated version of the same methodology without violating the timelines of the master project plan!
