STRATEGIC ANALYSIS

Strategic Analysis is the term WRx applies to activities that focus on either the review or development of; strategic plans.

When organizations aren't confident that their current strategy aligns with:

  • changing market conditions,
  • shifting regulatory environments or
  • eroding payor mix,
  • service line profitability
  • validity of centralization/de-centralization strategy
  • positioning & integration of potential/recent acquisitions . . . a review that considers these (and other variables) may be desired.

EXPENSE OPTIMIZATION

WRx excels in identifying opportunities to improve organizational operational efficiencies and has developed a well defined method for discovering & remediating waste associated with:

All 4 services offered by WRx to its sub-acute clients are custom designed to meet the very specific business needs of each.   Once contracted, WRx spends 2 days on-site with each customer to determine:

  • Current State (scope, size, structure, performance level, etc . . .)
  • Desired/Goal State
  • Data to be gathered/available
  • Limits/Barriers to change
  • Risks to optimal outcomes
  • Scope of Guarantee Provided
  • Analytic & Documentation Standards desired
  • Optimal methods of delivering findings & implementing change

During the actual process, WRx utilizes a combination of:

  • Interviews
  • Surveys
  • Data Gathering . . . To populate its analytics universe and inform its commendations for change (scope & methods).

WRx GUARANTEE

WRx works with each customer to ensure that all expectations and deliverables are met.   In doing so, WRx crafts addendum guarantees to all "Service Agreements" that articulate 3 distinct outcomes that if not reached, trigger the return of ALL monies paid minus out-of-pocket travel & direct expenses incurred.   The 3 outcomes are:

  1. Dollars of waste/revenue/profitability identified
  2. Dollars of waste/revenue/profitability achieved
  3. Timeliness of delivery (when milestones will be hit)

THE COST

ALL WRx projects are based on a flat fee system with discounts for organizational attributes such as:

  • Community Governance
  • Non-Profit Status
  • Faith-based Status
  • Inner City Status

WRx is the outreach arm of CKD Enterprises, Inc. and as such works diligently to recognize the difficulties that "giving" entities encounter.   Discounts are designed to lessen the cost burden on such organizations.


IMPLEMENTATION

Once the implementation program is developed and agreed to, WRx supports all implementation for a period of 2 years at NO COST to it's customer's (minus travel & out-of-pocket expenses).   This includes:

  • Automation Support (access to all WRx Software & programming)
  • Project Management Support (Gantt Charts, meeting slide decks, collateral materials)
  • Education Support (Reading materials, access to other customers, training & workshops)

CUSTOMER QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Due to limited capacity, at this time WRx only provides services to sub-acute organizations referred to WRx by existing customers.
